Senior Sales Associate Susan Weir has been a Newport Beach resident since 1974. Before embarking on a career in real estate, Mrs. Weir worked first as a loan and escrow officer for Great American Savings and Loan and then raised three boys in the Harbor View Homes neighborhood of Newport Beach. She began a career as a real estate agent in 1991 and found immediate success. She has represented buyers and sellers in most of Newport Beach's neighborhoods as well as in Emerald Bay and Irvine Cove.
An active member of the Newport Beach community, Mrs. Weir has volunteered her services as Secretary and President of the Harbor View Homes Homeowners' Association, President of the Harbor View Swim Team, and Director and President of the Corona del Mar Aquatics Club. She was also a founding director of the foundation that raised funds for and constructed the Marion Bergeson Aquatic Center at Corona del Mar High School.

About Carter Weir
Carter Weir joined the WeirProperties Team of Prudential California Realty in Corona del Mar in 2002 selling residential Real Estate. A graduate of Cal State University of Long Beach, Carter holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.
As a life long resident of Newport Beach, Carter has a broad understanding about the coastal market. Carter is proud to be apart of the award-winning Weir Team which includes his mother Susan, brother Ryan, John Trevino, and Heather Riccabona.
Ryan Weir grew up in Harbor View Homes, Newport Beach. Ryan attended Anderson Elementary, Corona del Mar H.S., and U.C. Berkeley. In Harbor View he was a Lifeguard and a member of the Swim Team. While studying Economics at U.C. Berkeley, he was a member of the Varsity Water Polo Team (NCAA Champions), and received Distinguishing Academics Honors.
Prior to partnering with Susan in Real Estate, Ryan was a member of The Pacific Stock Exchange. While on "The Floor", he traded options contracts at the Compaq Computer "Post" (At the time it was the world´s busiest "Post" for options trading).
While not working, Ryan is training for an "Adventure Race" like the ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ or the Camp Pendleton Mud Run.
Heather joined the award-winning Weir Properties team in February of 2005. A graduated from the University of Arizona, Heather has a degree in Media Arts and business. Prior to embarking on her real estate career in July of 2001, Heather spent three years in New York working for PMK, one of largest celebrity PR agencies in the country.
Heather grew up and currently resides in Bayshores. Heather brings her knowledge and enthusiasm of the beach communities to the team. While not working Heather enjoys traveling, skiing and is involved with the Junior League of Orange County.
